"Be Organized" is an in-home professional organizing company created by two best friends from Croatia and NJ who love to organize.
We are wives and mothers - we know it can often feel like a full time job trying to keep an environment organized. We also know how a disorganized environment can affect your mood and ability to be productive. It's not easy to think clearly or remain in a calm state of mind when the objects around you are in random disarray. As humans, we tend to internalize or mimic the environment around us. It's no wonder a disorganized room can make your head hurt. Organization, on the other hand, signals happy chemicals in the brain, uplifting the moods of those that get to experience it.
We are passionate about bettering the lives of our clients by bettering the environments they live and work in. From our aesthetically pleasing organizational methods to our creative art arrangements and embellishments, we have a lot of fun elevating spaces together. Whether it's your kitchen pantry, basement, garage, playroom, studio full of yarn, or the nursery for your baby on the way that has been giving you a headache, Be Organized can reimagine your space for you. Whether you live alone or with a handful of children; whether you're just starting out your business or could use some organizational help for your current one, the bees may be your next best investment.
Moving can be a very daunting process. The amount of energy it takes just to orchestrate the move is A LOT, and we know it. From sorting, packing, and labeling your items, to unpacking and setting up your dream space, Be Organized will meet you where you're at in the process to make the transition as pleasant and efficient as possible.
As professional organizers, we appreciate the value of an aesthetically pleasing space. Artwork is a great way to enhance the aesthetic of any room of your home, office, or studio.
We've had projects in which the client provided their existing collection of art or photos they like, showed us the rooms or hallways they want to enjoy art, and gave us the artistic liberty to arrange them beautifully.
As seen in these photos, we've also had fun painting art onto walls ourselves.

While every space is different, to give you a better idea of if our services are a right fit for you, below is an outline of a general game plan we apply to new organization projects:
A. Free consultation. Here, we get together to assess the space(s) you are thinking about transforming. This is a stress-free interaction in which we get a better idea of your vision and allow ideas to freely flow. Utilizing notes taken from this session, we then take time to research possible avenues, resources, and strategies to best suit this vision. Once the most efficient, effective, and fitting resources are organized, a game plan is shown to you in which you can alter based on budget and likeness.
B. Empty space: At Be Organized, we believe any space has the opportunity to be renewed, regardless of the amount of TLC it may need. We begin by emptying out the space and categorizing based on likeness and priority.
With items brought out and categorized, you will have a much easier time going through your inventory. We have found it most helpful for clients to sift through items between sessions, categorizing them into three groups: keep, store, or donate.
C. Wipe down: Here is when we sanitize the area before refilling it. We believe your items are treasures, and therefore well-deserving of a rejuvenated and cared for foundation. With that said, we are not a cleaning service; for those looking for a deep cleaning, we offer collaboration with cleaning services for an additional fee.
D. Organization: Here is where we bring everything back together in a
beautiful, organized symphony of your items with your vision in mind. This is a meaningful process that includes both our physical and mental energy as we ensure that your environment is remodeled to look more vibrant, neat, and beautiful and feel more functional and efficient. Your space should no longer be a place that exhausts or overwhelms you, but instead one you can appreciate and feel empowered in. Custom-made labels included.
E. Deliver donations (if pertains): Any items you are willing to part with (to make room for new!), we will deliver for donation for you (as we are able to accommodate). The first truck load is included.
Travel outside of the NY/NJ area is available with additional costs.
